Over the past almost four decades, I have been a Group Fitness Supervisor, Assistant Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. I became a radio psychic once a month on Spirit Talk Blog Talk Radio which led to me becoming a Speaker for Yes Mastermind Workshops and Destination Transformation. I have authored an EBook: The MindBody Connection.

I came into the spiritual world over fifteen years ago. I became a psychic medium giving readings in-person, party, and event psychics to life coaching individuals in career, family, and life-changing pathways. Letting someone know that they have potential and an achievable mindset shifts any blockages and obstacles to new opportunities.
